"Do yourself a favor and have Chef Miguel prepare at least a few meals for you. We were very pleased (and we are not always easy to please). The presentation was beautiful. The food was delicious and well prepared. They are very willing to prepare what you would like. There was more than enough to eat with great leftovers for midnight snacking."

Are you renting a villa that doesn't have a food service option?
You're on vacation and you don't want to cook, don't want to run out to a restaurant, and just want to relax around the pool, what do you do?
Your group has young children, it's difficult to go out to a restaurant because they go to bed early or are fussy eaters, but it's your vacation too, and you would like nothing more than have a late dinner with margaritas for the "grown-ups" after the kids are asleep?
The food choices vary from Popular Mayan Dishes such as Cochinita Pibil (pork) or Fish Tikin Chic (fish), to Mexican Cuisine that you have been craving since you got off the plane, Fajitas, Enchiladas, Flautas and naturally Guacamole and Fresh Salsa and Chips. There are many Fresh Fish and Seafood choices, some with a Caribbean Flare like Conch Fritters and Grilled Shrimp with Mango and Pineapple. Or if you're not so adventurous there are Caribbean Spareribs and Tex-Mex choices.
All meals come with a pitcher of Margaritas or Pina Coladas or Sangria.
Not up for dinner, we also offer "Happy Hour" munchies and we deliver them right to you, so you can snack at the pool.
Chef Miguel will prepare the Family Style Dinner at his kitchen in Playa del Secreto and deliver the food in serving dishes to your villa, at the scheduled time.
Don't like the idea of people hanging around your villa while you're trying to enjoy your dinner. You don't have to be concerned, the staff will deliver the food then leave, and they will come by the next day to retrieve the serving dishes.
All ingredients are fresh and bought that morning for that day's food service. Miguel actually orders the fish and lobster right from the fishermen. The vegetables and fruits are thoroughly washed and disinfected so you will not have to be concerned.
Worried about the cost, don't it is comparable with going to a medium priced restaurant in the Mayan Riviera. Our average dinners run from $18 to $25 per person including the cocktails, and Chef Miguel known for his "large portions."
The menu is extensive so take a look and get started on planning your vacation cuisine.
